ARCHITECTURAL AND SPACE-PLANNING DESIGN

The territory of the future complex shall include the following three zones:

- Apartment complex zone;
- Amenities and facilities zone;
- Private zone for townhouses and villas.

The  entrance  access  to  the  territory  of  the  complex  should  be  organized  directly  from  Providence  Highway at the south-east of the land plot, adjacent to Airtel Telecom. The buildings of amenities and facilities shall be positioned with the back sides (including unloading areas) towards south-­east border of the land plot (towards Airtel Telecom buildings). Apartment complex shall be arranged as a single or several interlocked architectural spaces along the whole length of the south border of the land plot (Providence Highway). This will enable screening against noise produced by the highway.
