The residential development consists of seven blocks connected by an internal courtyard. The site is a former chocolate factory, in the historic part of Moscow. The original facades of the factory buildings were renovated to retain its historical character. New intervention comprises of different architectural typologies, a mix bag of geometries, motives and materials, which gives the development truly post-modern character. The restored 17th-century manor house as part of an ensemble of elite modern mansions is the basis of a unique combination of the high status of a cultural heritage object with the style and comfort of modern life.
